Today I spent the day just being. I made a list according to the daily,I I reading. I had to really think because I’m not used to focusing on what I’m good at. I am stepping more and more into my power but shining a light on myself right now takes practice.
Things that come easy to me:
love, compassion, understanding, curiosity, design, creativity, giving, sharing, teaching, technology, competition, humility, humbleness, leadership, doing the perceived right thing, feelings, intuition, kindness, and change.
Things I love to do:
grow, think, connect to others, help others, play, expand, give to others, seeing others happy, see others expand, having nice things and experiences, and helping others to have nice experiences.
My hard skills and soft skills:
comprehension, problem solving, emotional intelligence, interpersonal, programming, computer skills, customer service, adaptability, and creativity.
Traits and skills:
compassionate, good listener, I write from the heart and wisdom, I’m good with simple math, caring, thoughtful, loyal, insightful, and I love to create and design things.
So what I did today to use these skills in abundance was to finish up my session packages and created graphics for them. I finished creating the main page and did some other things so now my website is finished and ready for clients. All that’s left is creating a handout pdf that explains what the coaching I provide is and is not according to my certifications as a certified life coach and master certified professional coach. I especially need to have this reflected so I stay within the standards of the online courses I completed. This will also help to prevent blurred lines for when I create my mentorship, products, and courses. I plan on having this done tomorrow.
I’m not sure why I shared this part but maybe because I’m proud of what I accomplished and probably to hold myself accountable to finish the pdf.
P.S. this challenge has felt so wonderful in feeling empowered. Last months challenge really felt healing and next months sounds so exciting 🥰
